The largely loved Rock Band 2 having online features of Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions was actually sold to Wii owners by EA and was ready to be released by somewhere in December. However, it was disheartening to know that the music lovers will have to wait till January 5th, 2009.

The other console games by Sony and Microsoft which was round the corner with Wii got their releases in late October but Wii releases were postponed till December which has now been dragged even further to January 2009. Even the other retailers sites to name a few like Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop, and Walmart even stated that the game will release by 16th and 17th of this month but this turned out to be false…so lets wait for the Rock Band 2 to arrive in the new year.
