The new Square Enix Studio in Los Angeles is currently focusing on the market for digitally downloadable game. Square Enix’s US President, John Yamamoto specified that all formats Xbox Live, WiiWare, PlayStation Network are all viable formats for them to work on. The team currently boasts of three members, the concentration will expand to middleware and to a wider variety of games on all formats.

For the future Square Enix titles to develop timely, the middleware research should have good connections with Western Studios. But for us, we are just excited with the hope that this will probably bring a second game for Wii.
