Has Nintendo decided to spread horror everywhere? We buy Wii games for enjoyment but not for terror. A new version of Resident Evil 4, Dead Rising: Chop till you Drop, is being released. This game was earlier being played on Xbox 360. Now it will be played on Wii ware. Nobody can forget the zombies, horror in Resident Evil 4. Do you still want the same horror? Looking at the Xbox 360 version of the game we were wondering what would be the content for the new version.  What if there are more zombies, occupying the whole screen? This time, the game has at least 100 zombies on screen.

When Fatal Frame IV was released people were crazy about its Wii mote sensor. The characters moved slowly, making it easier for the gamers to use Wii mote for the flashlight.  People were very enthusiastic about this game. The game released on July 31 in Japan. But look what we have, several complaining customers. Survey says the game is not properly set up, the menu option was not working accordingly. Some portions were missing from the game. Surprise doubles when suddenly you are unable to move further as the software hangs. How depressing is that. Nintendo apologizes for the unsuccessful release of Fatal Frame IV. I wish before Fatal Frame IV releases in US and people buy Wii things get straightened out.

It seems that Nintendo is not looking at the response of the customers after they launch a game. With such disappointment people will gradually lower their interest, which means lesser number of people who will buy Wii. Games like Dead Rising: Chop till you Drop, where zombies kill you and eat your flesh. Also games like Fatal Frame IV where suddenly you encounter a ghost of a girl in darkness. I can’t think of playing this game late night.

Ubisoft had planned to release a Wii version of Yourself!Fitness. According to this plan they began developing ‘My Fitness Coach’ in which they would use Yourself!Fitness's assets done by ResponDesign. This also included the use of Yourself!Fitness's trainer Maya. The release was supposed to happen in early 2008, but it did not go through.

ResponDesign was upset on losing out on royalties and consequently a lawsuit was filed Superior Court of the State of California in the 16th of July. The company expected to get $250,000 for the initial game elements and $50,000 upon completion of the first playable version. Now that My Fitness Coach hasn’t happened, ResponDesign feels cheated and has come back with a lawsuit.

Canada have won worldwide applaud for its recent Wii-purchasing exploits. In keeping with this tune, Nintendo’s console have made its mark all around the country by shifting 318,000 units in the first six months, and still going great guns by doubling its sales and hence giving a stiff competition to its competitors.

NPD recently confirmed the Nintendo’s achievement and also stated that total Wii unit sales have risen up to 986,200. If the Big N regulates on the same basis, then no doubt, Canada will be another country where Wii will surpass all other company’s products!

Have you watched the Art of Advertising 2 commercial? Well, if you are an avid fighting games lover, then you can imagine that how a fighting game would look like in live action after watching this commercial. The commercial shows big and huge guys speaking in an awkward and ungraceful manner, and performing actions usually seen in a fighting game.

Fighting games are enjoyable to play but if you imagine using the same stunts in real life, then it would more look like pro wrestling with less Spandex. On the contrary, it should look like an expert martial arts tournament when performing it live.
