Good ol' Microsoft.  Remember the days of anti-trust lawsuits and claims that the Xbox could never, ever break a profit?  Well, it seems that after all of those years of Microsoft-bashing, the company's ready to start picking fights again.  This time, the gauntlet is thrown from the bigwig at Microsoft Europe, Chris Lewis.

Since the Xbox 360 is a little cheaper than the Wii in Europe (due to a price cut), Lewis believes that it will surpass the Wii at some point.  He even had the nerve to suggest that the Wii is "something that only gets yanked out of a cupboard at Christmas [and other holidays] and doesn't get used the rest of the time."  Isn't the point of buying a game console to have something that you not only enjoy alone, but can include others?  With a Wii, every day must be a holiday in Europe.

In the aftermath of a sustained battle with Rockstar Game over their upcoming Manhunt 2 title, the BBFC may have to step down as Britain's authority on classifying video games.  Many professionals are stepping up to challenge the BBFC's powers as well as its classification system.  The board's original decision was to ban Manhunt, only to have that overturned on appeal.

The BBFC has been attacked by a BBC tech editor, Darren Waters, who said that the Manhunt 2 ordeal left the BBFC "with its credibility bruised."  It is expected that establishing a new classification system will be the job of Pan European Game Information (PEGI).  PEGI is a voluntary system comprised of video game developers themselves.  Sounds like a situation that needs to be settled sooner than later for the sake of gamers.

Toys R Us is actually offering a deal this week! If you buy one Wii game (at regular price), you can pick up a 2nd game for $20 off. It's running online and at Toys R Us stores until Saturday, March 22.

Usually, a deal like this is how we all end up with crap on our video game shelves. You know, the stuff you get snickered at by visitors for owning. Not this time. The ads say that it cover ALL Wii games, so start building that library.

The Incredible Hulk has been a popular comic for years, so of course there had to be a movie made. Most people hated the movie, so of course there had to be another movie made. And if there's a comic book movie, of course there has to be a video game.

Sega's Incredible Hulk game will be bashing its way onto the Wii in June, complete with all of the same 'ol, same ol' you'd expect. New York City is the featured location and the streets of Manhattan will be part of a destructible environment. Did anyone else just yawn?

It turns out that some people received faulty discs which promptly killed their euphoric high. People believe that Nintendo has made some errors with their new release of dual layered DVDs. Previously, all games were printed on single layer DVDs.

Nintendo has made it all better for the folks who received bad discs, but it still doesn't fix the issue that they won't be enjoying Super Smash Bros Brawl until they get a replacement disc. Some stores don't accept returns on software and games, but maybe they'll make an exception for this.

It looks like Super Smash Bros Brawl isn't all smiles as some people experienced some disc errors on their copy of Brawl. This wasn't well received especially since some of these gamers had the game pre-ordered months before. However, Nintendo is nicely going to replace the discs for free.

The only problem is that it keeps these gamers hanging with all their friends are having fun with Super Smash Bros Brawl. I have a funny feeling that a few people will end up buying a new copy or trying really hard to return the old one. People think the problem is that this is the first Wii game that uses dual layered DVDs.

XGen Studios has got a new look to Defend Your Castle. The release is May 12th and it has lots of cool graphics and rectangles everywhere which makes this game a game worth playing.

There are enemy invaders that are a cool shaped buttons and all these other cool stuff. The art is spectacular so this is great and you should defiantly pick up a copy, I'm sure you'll love it.

There is an advertisement at Kelly's that is a complete rip-off, if I have ever saw one. They are saying rent the Wii for as low as $79 for 12 months then in 12 months you get to keep it. lol.. okay so you probably already figured out the flaw.

If you haven't well thats basically like you are paying $948 for the Wii! when you can simply just save $79 a month and pay the freaken $250 in about 3 months. Yahh don't get fooled.
